HOW DOES A BOOKED EXPERIENCE WORK?

We make our process seamelss and easy. Once you have your picnic booked we will be at your chosen site to greet you. Once you arrive we will leave you to enjoy for the reserved times. After that there is no need for you to pack up, we will take care of that!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I BOOK?

Typically we require at least 72 hours notice for booking. The earlier you reach out the better!

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVE?

We serve all of southern Rhode Island. This includes Newport County, South Kingstown, and Narragansett at both private and public locations. We are flexible if you are outside of those areas. If you need a recommendation as well we are happy to help.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN FOOD/DRINK?

Of course! We also offer some add-ons including Sweet and Savory items. We also include sparkling water with every picnic. You may BYOB and we are happy to provide the proper glassware to accompany it!

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

To secure the luxury picnics we require a 50% deposit on the day of booking. The remaining balance can be paid 24 hours before your scheduled picnic. We allow payment made by Venmo, Cash, or Check. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings due to bad weather. If it rains, we will try to accommodate last-minute location changes (e.g. to a sheltered area/indoor location) or you may reschedule your picnic for another date within two months.
